How do I inquire about renting your space?
For all inquiries - please submit the appropriate form under the “Studio Rental” section on our website.
What happens after I submit the inquiry form?
Once your form has been submitted, our team will reach out to confirm availability of our space and send all house rules so you are aware of our policies. We will then require you to purchase/process the payment for the rental through our Studio Bookings platform to finalize and complete the rental request.
What are the dimensions of your space?
Our usable dance space is 30’ x 18’.
What shoes are allowed to be used on the dance floor?
We only allow sneakers, dance shoes, exercise shoes, and bare feet on our dance floor. No tap shoes or boots allowed.
What does the studio come equipped with?
Our studio has a curtained area for changing, cubbies/coat rack for storage, and chairs in a designated waiting area. We also have a sound system that can be connected via AUX cord to your device.
Can you accommodate non “Dance Rehearsal” rentals?
Yes, please be sure to inquire using the form under the studio rental tab. Be sure to select “Other Rental”.
What is the pricing structure of your studio?
Rentals for Dance Rehearsals are $40/hour. Pricing for Other Rentals are based on use of space. Some rentals may require a minimum amount of hours. Our team will confirm upon communication.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to one week prior to the rental date for a full refund. Any cancellations made after this window will not be refunded.
What is the max occupancy for your studio?
Our space can fit (25) people comfortably for a class or workshop.
